Every journey is run like a project
Clear phases, dated milestones, weekly plans, tracking against plan, and corrective actions when things slip.
1. Sign up and choose a membership
Pay on the web, or subscribe in the iPhone or Android app.
2. Guided onboarding
Goals, body data, training preferences, a health screen, injuries with a body map, conditions, nutrition and allergies, and consent.
3. Your program is created
Three phases with dated milestones based on your goals. Your coach is assigned.
4. Weekly plans are drafted
Claude drafts a daily workout and daily meal plan for each day, using only de-identified planning data.
5. Your coach reviews and approves
Side by side with your health profile, with conflict warnings for any exercise or food that does not fit you.
6. You follow, log and check in
Log sets, habits and measurements. Answer your weekly check-in. Request a plan for any day that does not have one.
7. Early warnings and corrections
Missed sessions, low adherence or new pain raise a risk your coach acts on.
8. Phase reviews
At the end of each phase you and your coach record what worked and what changes next.
Three phases
Foundation - Weeks 1 to 4
Learn the movements, build consistency and set your baseline. Your first milestones are about showing up.
Progression - Weeks 5 to 8
Load, volume and nutrition targets progress based on how weeks 1 to 4 went.
Evaluation - Weeks 9 to 12
Retest, review and plan what comes next with your coach.
A care team when you need one
On higher tiers, a nutritionist and a health practitioner can join your care team. They see your health profile only while you have sharing switched on for them.
