GetFitSphere is operated from Canada and handles personal information in line with PIPEDA and, for residents of Quebec, Law 25. We collect account details, membership information and the health and fitness information you provide during onboarding and while using the service. Health information is visible only to your assigned coach and to care-team members you choose to share with. To draft plans, we send de-identified planning data (for example age, goal, experience, injury and condition categories, equipment and adherence figures) to Anthropic, PBC in the United States, which provides the Claude AI model. We never send your name, email, date of birth or free-text medical notes. A coach reviews every AI draft before you see it.
